Will we meet you before the booking date?
Yes, of course! I’d love to jump on a call or meet up if our schedules align before confirming anything. It’s really just a chance for us to get to know each other better — for me to share how I work, answer any questions, and see if I’m the right fit for you. At the end of the day, it’s all about you and your story, and I want to make sure you have the right person to tell it.
Do you have a limit to the number of photos returned?
We’ll deliver all the images that best tell the story of your day — each one carefully edited and curated. Just a heads-up, we don’t provide RAW files.
What's the lead time for wedding album?
Turnaround time’s about 2–3 months — this gives me space to look at your photos with fresh eyes and tell your story right! If I can deliver earlier, I’ll let you know. And if you ever need them sooner, just give me a shout — we can always chat about it!
How can we lock in the date, and what are your payment terms?
To secure your date, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due a week after the shoot or wedding day. Payment can be made via PayNow or bank transfer — whichever’s easier for you!
What if we have to cancel or reschedule?
Deposits made are non-refundable. However, we’ll do our best to reschedule the shoot to a new date that works for everyone.
